GrowBro Google Calendar Integration
GrowBro helps businesses automate scheduling and customer conversations using AI. Our Google Calendar integration lets your team check availability to prevent double-booking and optionally create/update events from the GrowBro CRM when you confirm bookings.
Why we request Google Calendar access
We request the minimum permissions required to power scheduling features you choose to enable in GrowBro. This typically includes:
- Read availability to avoid double-bookingScope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly (or equivalent for availability checks)
- Create/update events when you confirm a booking in the CRMScope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
If your configuration only needs availability checks, we will not request event creation permissions.
What data we access and how we use it
- We access calendar event metadata strictly to check free/busy availability and/or to create/update events you authorize.
- We do not access your Gmail content or unrelated Google data.
- Data is used only to deliver GrowBro scheduling features; we do not sell your data.
Your controls and revocation
- You can revoke GrowBro's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Contact support@growbro.ai to request data deletion or ask questions about our privacy practices.
- You can manage your Google account data settings at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
